XueDao

XueDao is Clairvoyant Lab's learning + credentialing platform — the meeting point for universities, corporations and professional institutes. Lao Shi launched first on XueDao's own learners: S243 indexes every PDF teachers upload; S240 (Tutor) replaced the old "ask the chatbot anything" widget with a Socratic, Bloom-tagged conversation that refuses to do the learner's assignment; S246 helps teachers grade essay submissions; S247 drafts quiz items for new courses with source citations to the corpus just indexed.

  • Stack: Moodle (xuedao.io) + ClairVAS S240–S247 + the LTI 1.3 tool provider at xuedao.kyzenn.org.
  • Result: teachers report ~30% less time spent re-explaining covered material — students hit S240 first and arrive at office hours with sharper questions.
  • Why it works: the impartiality wall in S240 + the cite-from-corpus discipline in S241 make the AI behave like a TA, not a homework solver.

RMUT — Rajamangala University of Technology

RMUT is rolling Lao Shi across selected courses in their TVET programmes. S243 indexes the course handouts; S240 + S242 serve students in Thai (the locale switcher on this site is already wired); S246 piloted on the first cohort's short-answer assessments under teacher supervision. Practical-skills courses live and die by demonstrably-Bloom-aligned content — S247 + S246 form a loop that surfaces gaps in the corpus before the next term starts.

  • Languages: Thai-first interface with English fallback; the tutor responds in the student's LMS locale.

ESGBI — ESG Business Institute

ESGBI delivers ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) credentialing for working professionals across SE Asia. Lao Shi is being piloted as the always-on tutor for their CESG and AESG learner cohorts — S241 indexes the GRI / SASB / TCFD reference materials that learners are expected to apply, S240 walks them through case studies Socratically, and S246 grades the formative assessments that gate the credential. ESGBI keeps the human assessor as the final word on summative work; Lao Shi handles the formative load that used to swamp instructor inboxes.

  • Stack: ESGBI learning portal + LTI 1.3 → Lao Shi → ClairVAS tenant esgbi.
  • Domain corpus: GRI Standards, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, regional ESG disclosure rules — all surfaced by S241 with source citations.

Thaicom Foundation

Thaicom Foundation is the social-impact arm of one of Thailand's flagship satellite operators, focused on bringing connectivity-driven learning to under-served rural schools. Lao Shi is being scoped for the Foundation's distance-learning programmes: S243 indexes the curriculum binders teachers upload; S240 + S242 give students in remote provinces access to the same Socratic tutor a Bangkok student would have; S244 helps under-resourced teachers plan lessons against the same corpus their students are reading.

  • Stack: Foundation Moodle + satellite-friendly LTI 1.3 launch → Lao Shi tenant thaicom_foundation.
  • Equity framing: the same eight-agent stack a city school gets, available over the same satellite link the Foundation uses for everything else.
  • Teacher-side: S244 Design Guidance disproportionately useful where teachers carry multiple subject loads at once.
